The above truck is having engine problem and this is one of the newly installed engine(TOKUNBO). The engine is vomiting oil from the filler neck cap and smoke from the engine breather. what is the cause of this

Blowby from bad piston rings.

What Bill said, or it could be a blown/faulty head gasket. There are other possible causes (e.g. broken rings, holed piston) but too much oil or a duff head gasket are the most likely. The oil level is easy to check. If it looks good, you've narrowed down the options.

Too much oil is in it or the crankcase ventilation system is clogged or inoperable.
