I've been dating my boyfriend for 5 months and we haven't argued yet. Most people think that's good but some don't.
We sometimes have these petty little arguments but they're nothing big. We solve things together and we find ways to make it work. He would never hurt me because he would literally get out of his way just to make me happy. I do the same and that's how our relationship works.
I have to assure my parents everything will be okay because my sister and her ex dated at my age and argued all the time. We're just the opposite.
Is it bad?

5 months is hopefully still a point where you two are figuring out your boundaries and you're being respectful with each other. I don't think it's a big deal to not have argued yet.
And if you don't, it means you're being over-nice to each other and there's nothing wrong with that.
