The Democrat Mayor of Charlottesville and the Democrat Governor of Virginia Terry McCauliff ordered the police to stand down and allowed the violence to happen.

Why would the Democrats do such a thing?
Could they be trying to incite racial animosity as a distraction from their Russia Spy story falling apart?
