Does D.C And Marvel Universes have an End story about their characters and why are they still going on after decades ,it's so werid ?!

why do people call japanese Series and comics (manga/anime) and depart them from cartoons/comics ?

1/ A volume usually means an arc of about six comics, or a specifically chosen segment of as larger story.

2/ Marvel did a limited run of titles all called The End, which told "the last story" for several characters set in the far future. None of these are canon though, and have been written out of existence.

3/ Manga and Anime are specific styles of drawing that come out of Japan. They are set aside as their own thing in the same way that a Cruise Liner is given its own name, even though its still a ship.
