Not sure about your meaning of 'learning English is better than....'. Maybe you want to express your feeling that it is not as difficult as you thought before attending the course?I would write as:-
It is the best English course I have ever experienced. Learning English is easier than I would have imagined. Thanks to my teacher for the teaching in the past three months.

It is the best course I (have) ever experienced so far. (The English learning) (is far) better than I (can) imagine. (Thank my teacher a lot for his/her teaching) over the 3 months.
說明；
1 句子的最前頭It is the best course “它是最好的課程”使用現在式，後面的句子應配合使用現在式，使全文時態一致。
2.既然前面已說某一項是最好的，是有所指，後面English learning 應加定冠詞the.
3.learning English”學習英文”在意義上較偏”動作”，English learning “英文學習”較偏名詞，課程以”英文學習”為名，較合適。
2.thanks for 後加感謝的事項，非加被感謝人。
