I'm transferring more likely Fall 2018. Before then, I have another 2 semesters (1 full year) of school to attend at a CC, but I also intend to spend 1 more summer semester in 2018 before Fall 2018.
Unfortunately, I have a mid-2's GPA (reasons I won't explain) and intend to be working myself to the EXTREME to get that upward grade trend going.
Question being what grades do CSU universities look at? The day I apply? Or do they also look at the grades AFTER application and before entry?

Typically, you will have a transcript sent after the end of semester that you applied in. They will also want to receive your final transcript, but your acceptance is not usually based on this other than passing the courses unless your GPA is borderline, then it is possible that they do a conditional acceptance.
