Why are the more ghetto people's names so strange?

Both black and white people have weird names coming from the ghettos. Black people have Sharnisha's, white people have names like Destiny (although that makes a little more sense). I'm just curious on your take, why do people have names like this?

Everyone couldn't have been born in the ghetto. African Americans are not inhibited when giving their children names. Others like virtue names, Hope, Faith, Destiny, ect. So what is so ghetto about either one?

Strange is an option not a fact. You are the one who thinks the name is strange so you can answer this question yourself.

Because what the parents choose to name THEIR children is based on what type of names THEY like not what others like!
