During my college period, I spent my spare time teaching English in the library and church, and also worked in a old style tea restaurant. At that time, I was chosen to be the TOP 3 for the best tender . Moreover, I learned how to solve the difficulties and incidents.

This job trained me to be more considerate and observant; I had many chances to communicate with foreign teachers and students’ parents. Hence, when encountering problems, I can always solve them effectively and efficiently. Moreover dealing with students was like educating kids to me. It needed both patient and passionate.

During my college, I volunteered teaching English in the library and the church. Also, I worked as a waitress in an HK style tea house. Working there, in addition to make a living to pay for my college, I learned the patience and the skills in conflict resolution and in dealing with difficulties and unexpected service situations. Consequentially, I was elected several times to be winner of Best Services Award.

After college, I worked full time in a language school where I learned to be more patient and observant. Part of my responsibilities is foreign teacher and student parent communication. Every single issue in that scope required structured communication, patience and endurance. These are the skills and knowledge that I used to ensure effective problem solving. Additionally, serving customers is, to me, analogous to child education - both patience and passion are crucial.

I enjoy serving people with what they need, what they love, and what they enjoy. With your company, I will be able to share my bubbly and optimistic personality with travelers, providing comfort and adding relaxation to their journeys.
