so i reported my supervisor because she does nothing for hours at work and is always on her cellphone. she also is always flirting with a male co worker of mine for hours, and he reported her for sexual harrassment. do you think anything will be done ? probably not lol , i dunno. just wanna know what yall think. share your experiences too .

Depends on your company. I've helped boot out mangers from our company for treating people like crap.

HR isn't interested in judging or justice. HR's job in these cases is to ensure minimum impact to the company. What will minimize impact to the company, beginning an investigation and reprimanding and possibly firing your supervisor? or waiting to see if anyone else complains?
