Should I cut out carbs completely or have some carbs every couple of days or so in order to lose weight?

Please READ before commenting . I have done this keto diet before. I was losing a pound a day when I was eating only meat and veggies. I was only having 20g of carbs a day. I was 211 but I just started eating only
Meat and veggies again and I'm now 207. I was wondering if it would be healthier to have whole grains with one of my meals every couple of days? Although I am losing the weight fast, when you lose weight too fast you also put it back on just as fast and I don't want to deal with that so I was wondering if about every 2 or 3 days or so, if I had brown rice, wheat bread or whole wheat pasta with one of my meals would that hinder my weight loss? Can I still lose weight that way or will I just gain it all back?

Carbs are very important. No, you shouldn't cut them out. You should focus on eating the right ones (complex carbs). Go for carbs from whole grains, fruits, legumes, veggies, and avoid carbs from refined sugar and refined flour. No, eating healthy carbs won't hinder your fat loss. Understand that cutting out carbs and losing 1 lb a day likely means you're losing muscle too, not just fat.

"Carbohydrates are your body's main source of fuel. When you take in food, your body breaks down its sugars and starches and absorbs them into your bloodstream. At this point, they become glucose, or blood sugar. Your body needs glucose to have the energy to do everything from breathing to weight training. In addition, your brain needs glucose to function properly. If you don't take in enough carbohydrates, you can become weak, lethargic and unable to focus on even simple tasks."

You can have up to 45 carbs per meal. 3 times a day. And yes you will lose weight. There is nothing wrong with whole grains, you need them.
