Can i get in trouble for nude pics?

Im 16 years old male say my friend posted a picture of me naked i wasnt doing anything sexual i was just there could i get in trouble i read that the only way you could get in trouble was if you were in a sexual position or if sexual activity had taken place shown in the photo could i still get in trouble ?

Of course, it's child porn. ANY nude photo of an underage person could be child porn.

i think it would still count as child/minor pornography. if an adult had a nude photo of you, they'd get in trouble, and even though it's of yourself, you could still get charged with distributing it, it's happened to teens before.
