我想要表達,本週除了禮拜五不在辦公室,其他時間整天都能安排會議,如需安排在下週,週一跟週五我不在辦公室,可讓我們安排在週二到週四你方便的時間. 請問英文要怎麼表達？

About arranging a meeting, I’ll have time all this week except Friday; because I’ll be out of the office on this Friday.If this week is not convenient for you, then, how about next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday on your convenience? because I’ll be out of the office on next Monday and Friday.
