Should I keep leading him on our just block him?

There's this guy from Italy I talk to when I'm bored but he always tells me he loves me. He's visiting the US in a couple months and he's planning on going to Texas but he wants to fly across the country to see me. He told me he's seen the flight price and it's cheap. I know I'm not serious about being with him so should I just block him and all my social media?

Just tell him the truth. Though u can just hangout with him. As a friend. Who knows it could turn for the better?
