Am I Neurotic?

Im 16 yrs old. Female. In these past few months I've been feeling strange and extremely sharp pain near the socket ball on the left side of my right foot. It occurs when I bend to reach my toes wth both of my hands. Sometimes, it's jas occurs suddenly. What does it mean?

You need to stretch or get blood flowing or could be a knot.. check out my question plz since ur a female lol..
