Will north korea's create a new cold war?

I mean, will it get to a point, where countries like america and Russia as pointing nuclear missiles at North Koreans and will constantly be prepared for the chance to counter fire anything they send?

I think we are in a Cold War with them right now. The US military has given trump options if they do attack us or our Asian allies. They have also given him options on what to do to stop there nuclear program. The only difference is the north is more likely to strike then the USSR was.
