Car AC problems 2005 Mazda 3?
I currently have a 2005 Mazda 3, and I was unfortunately in an accident recently. Not too much noticeable damage besides part of the front bumper hanging down, but I noticed there is a scratching noise that starts every time I turn on my AC. The AC still supplies cold air, but as I accelerate I could hear the scratching noise increase. I think it may be the plastic from my bumper touching a belt, but I do not know. Anyone have any ideas please?

My idea is have a look and see for yourself.
"I think it may be the plastic from my bumper touching a belt"
There's an easy way to test that theory... look at it.
How about taking a flashlight and looking to see if anything is rubbing on your drive belts?!
We don't have the car!

Sounds like the problem is there's a scratching noise that starts every time youI turn on the AC
Yes, I would guess it was something rubbing. If it only gets louder as the car moves down the road faster its something rubbing on a wheel. If it gets louder the more the engine revs its something rubbing on a belt on the engine.
A belt rubbing on something is a good answer. It could also be a belt tensioner or pulley that got hit on the impact and is now clear. I would also check the motor mounts to see if the engine has shifted forward depending on how severe the impact was.
Sounds like it is possible the radiator was shoved back and the fan blade it hitting it. Look and see as if this is the problem you will see marks on the radiator.
