How is Vancouver in late December? Is that a good time for a solo trip?

I’m thinking about planning a solo trip to Vancouver for the December, right after Christmas. How is the weather during the time? What type of things are there to do? I visited Seattle around the same time last year and loved it! I went to different bars, clubs, and restaurants. The weather was just fine IMO. Will it be similar in Vancover?

It's the same as Seattle but maybe a few degrees colder. That means it's very likely to rain, it could snow, will probably be cloudy, but it could be clear. Strong wind occasionally. Or maybe you get all those things in the space of a week. You just never know until a few days ahead.

Almost identical weather as they are not far apart at all.

Yes. There might be snow, but, probably not. Maybe rain, but, then again, maybe not.

Christmas is a Monday many things closed on Tuesday. Boxing Day (Dec 26) is a Holiday for many.
Still lots to see and do in the city and surrounding area.
