i've been using mine for two years now with out problems. i don't even pay for Xbox Live Gold anymore. I use Microsoft Bing search engine and get reward points for searching everyday. which in turn, i use on Xbox Live Gold. I now have Gold covered for the next three years. which is the max one can stack on your account.
