Depends on what you mean by help.
I would be happy to answer specific questions.
I would also be willing to write in French back and forth for practice.
Actually speaking together would depend on where you live, how serious you seem, how sane and mature, and possibly on how old you are.
I am a 48 year old married man. I used to teach French. Native English speaker. Had three non-teaching jobs that required both French and English, with Canadians (and Americans as well for the English).
I would start through Facebook.
I am not willing to actually teach it to you, with my determining topics. You would have to have your own resources (web pages, books, computer courses, etc). There are many free sources online and many reasonably priced options through bookstores etc.
https://www.duolingo.com/ -- a good introductory course (you will not be competent after completing it). It has flaws, but its pros outweigh the cons. Particularly good for practicing pronunciation (it records your attempts to speak so you can hear them) and listening skills.
https://www.thoughtco.com/french-4133079 A collection of web pages with vocabulary and grammar topics. You can pick the order you learn things in or just go in the order they present. Most of the articles are comprehensive and error free (with the occasional exception). I have not yet found a better site. But there is no interaction with respect to speaking/listening.
