Yes, you are almost correct, except you need to identify am (早上- zao shang) or pm (下午 - xia wu), and usually we write in this
way:
2001年1月1日(星期六)早上一時(shi) or
2001年1月1日(星期六)下午一時
And yes, in in verbal language, we usually say 下午一點(dian).
Note1 : To write “下午一點(dian)” is still acceptable and correct, but less formal.
Note2: “星期六” not “星期6”
Note3: when the time is very early in the morning like am 1, we usually say 清晨 - qing chen ( used in both speaking and writing ), but ”早上” is still acceptable and correct.
Note4: As you can see, comma is not needed to separate year, month and date, and the day is usually bracketed.
Note5: To write “星期6”, of course, it’s understandable, but here in
Taiwan, we would call it “poor writing”.
Note6: If you write or speak “1月1日20時”,it’ s correct and of
course understandable, but this way of speaking is not commonly used.
Because when you say time beyond 12, then we know it’s pm.
Oh, I’m Taiwanese. In China, they might have little different variance in writing.
