Certainly not.
I am tempted to say "obviously not"...but it seems that it is not obvious to you.
Hint: the English world "blasphemy" did not exist when that passage was authored.
It was only after that passage was authored that the English word "blasphemy" was coined and defined.
So: that passage in no way defines what the English word "blasphemy" means.
It shows that whoever does this and many have, will end up in a very Warm place !!
I don't like the modern interpretation, because the book that John is talking about is his reveltion , I believe he was not referring to the Bible or new testament as a whole because it had not yet been cannknized yet for Christianity which didn't begin till 326 a.d
