What to do about co workers dumping their work on to you and the main supervisors won't do anything about it?

So I have some co workers who like to leave without doing their task at the end of the day. And they like to leave it for me when I'm always busy during my shift and I get blamed for things they haven't finished. I brought it up to 2 main supervisors and they said we'll talk to them but they never do mainly because the department manager leaves it for me on purpose I overheard him saying that to a co worker. But what should I do about this I don't mind because the tasks and I'm starting to stay longer after my scheduled time to finish up their work. And I'm getting overtime when they leave their task for me. Hoping that the company will see that they are paying me extra and will step in and put an end to it. Should I continue doing that or what?

Don't do it. Let your supervisor know whom was responsible for doing the work. If they won't make the person that's responsible for doing the work do it, then go to your supervisors boss and let them know about it.
Or suck it up and try to get as much of it done as possible let them know what's not done so the person responsible for it can work on it the next day.
This happened a lot while I was working in retail. People would just leave without getting their work done, they would leave it up to the closing shift to get it all done plus clean up the store. Some times people just don't have the time to get every thing done so it gets dumped on the next person that can do it.

ok, this is a common issue with companies which are poorly managed. start looking elsewhere.
