"Suspended" could mean anything from a mild disciplinary action, or a lack of appropriate work for you, to the first step on the way to being fired.

For the moment, you're still on the payroll. If you know darn well what you did that precipitated this situation, be sure to straighten up and fly right from now on.

That means you're a ILLITERATE troll who is nothing more than a snot nosed spoiled brat who needs to spend time learning how to s-p-e-l-l instead of making up stupid questions!

hint brat...w-e-a-t-h-e-r is as "Isn't the WEATHER HOT?" what your ignorant tail meant was W-H-E-T-H-E-R "...she rather get rid of the other person THAN (not t-h-e-n) me "I will come later THEN we will decide what movie to watch"

You'd better have better communication with your boss. Is this a temporary suspension and does she blame you for something someone else did? Just do your job. Dont get into drama at work.

It means you are suspended and time will tell what the outcome is. Obviously the person that suspended you doesn't have the final say or she would have just fired the other person.
