见到 = 看到 = 看見;these three phrases have the same meaning. And I think you’d have much more chances to hear 看到 or 看见 than 见到; Among the many reasons, one reason might be that there is another phrase(劍道/Japanese Swordsmanship) which has the same PINYIN as 见到, another reason might be there is a word “賤”,which is a vulgar word and has the same PINYIN as 见, so, at least for me, I don’t like to use it. But in writing, these words, I think, are equally used.
瞧, normally is a gesture-included language, used when you tell someone to see something which is happening.
