Not wearing a bra is going to make them sag more, because there's no support, just pulling.

Get fitted for a good bra that fits correctly, stop dancing around on sizes.

You can't. It's like stretch marks, either it happens or it doesn't. No amount of moisturizing will make any difference. So just stop worrying about something as silly as sagging, and focus on staying healthy during the last leg of your pregnancy.

We live on a planet with gravity. Unfortunately, time and pregnancy tend to lead to sagging over time.

Your breasts will likely remain larger than prepregnancy while you breastfeed. After weaning -- no way to know. Some women return to pre-preg size. Some remain a little larger, some end up a little smaller.

Lotions and coconut oil will not make a difference. You should wear a bra.

Definitely make sure you are wearing the right size bra, and get re-sized often as there will be changes. Since you have large breasts, you should even consider wearing a comfortable bra at night through the pregnancy and breastfeeding. -Something supportive but without an underwire. The less your breasts bounce around during this whole process, the better.

When you are breastfeeding try to minimize engorgement, which will temporarily inflate your breasts, by managing your milk supply. Nurse, pump, or express when you get full, but don't pump or express so much that your milk supply explodes leading to more engorgement. When your baby starts to wean, letting it happen naturally and slowly instead of abruptly stopping nursing and letting your milk dry up all at once may help.

None of these are magic cure-alls to prevent any breast changes, but they may help some.

No amount of lotion is going to stop the soft tissue changes that occur internally. You shouldn't have gotten knocked up if you didn't want saggy t i t s.
