Given that it is second order w.r.t. NO and first order w.r.t. O₂. Rate equation :
Rate = k [NO]² [O₂]
i.e. Rate = (7.1 × 10⁹ M⁻² s⁻¹) [NO]² [O₂]

When [NO] = 0.001 M and [O₂] = 0.006 M :
Rate = (7.1 × 10⁹ M⁻² s⁻¹) * (0.001 M)² * (0.006 M)
Rate = 42.6 M s⁻¹
