Why Do I like getting hugs from all my pretty girl friends ?

I met my beautiful friend today while walking in the mall then asked her for a wide hug, she did it twice, then I kissed her, other day I was leaving then one of my female friend she gave me a hug. other day I was hugging a pretty girl in the super market and she even got naked in the bath in-front of me. I love getting hugs from all the pretty girls and they do it if I ask. Is this a mental problem.? Please help.
