早前收到你的查詢話收到的貨不是原產貨,現在我們可以提供原產地的証明如下
1. 我們有原產地的証明書
2. 船期表
由於此貨品已經列明有不規則的圖案和原裝設計係咁樣的,我們係一大批貨訂返來的,就算我們同意給你更換,都是同一個圖案

Technical terms:
原產地(國) = country of origin (COO)
原產地證明書 = certificate of origin
船期表 = sailing schedule
Dear Mr. xxx,
We received your letter dated xx.xx.xx claiming that the product received by you is not "made in X". Accordingly, we would like to provide you with the proof of the product's country of origin, as follows:
1. the certificate of origin possessed by us, and
2. the sailing schedules
Please find attached a copy of the above documents for your perusal.
As already noted from the product description, it is in fact the original design that there are irregular patterns. Given the situation, we will not give you an exchange. Even if we allow it, you will receive the same pattern as the one you have already received, because we acquired the product in bulk order.
