Gun sales are declining. When Obama threatened to take away people's guns, sales when up. Trump tells the 2nd amendment people they have nothing to worry about, sales go down. That being said, a gun is just a tool. If there were no guns, there'd still be murder. In fact, Russia has less gun crimes, but far more murders than the US. Most of those murders are stabbings. I've even provided a Leftist source to substantiate my claim. If someone wants to kill deer, they'll kill deer. If someone wants to kill people, they'll kill people. Guns, bows, knives, bombs, or tooth and nail. It doesn't matter. We have to address the causes, not the tools. That being said, regulating weapons in a way that makes sense is paramount for the safety of our citizens. It just won't solve murder.
