How can I do this photoshoot?

I am doing a dance shoot, black background and I have a canon 7d mark II, several triggers, 2 canon flashes, an alien bee light with lots of umbrellas and reflectors. What's the best lighting scenario with the things I have? Also, can I do high speed sync to capture them in the air doing leaps and stuff? But I'm guessing having 2 lights lighting the background wouldn't work for a black background, but maybe a white background?

Beware of monobloc strobes as some of them have a long duration flash, on the order of 1 to 2 milliseconds for most of the light and out to 6 milliseconds on the trailing edge of the light pulse which contributes less light energy. This information is from measurements I did using an inexpensive monobloc. If using a monobloc strobe, run some tests to see if they are capable of stopping motion to your satisfaction.
Some monoblocs have thyristor controllers which can give a short duration light pulse, but you generally don't find these on the inexpensive models.

Speedlights can put out a short duration light pulse (less than 0.5 milliseconds with no trailing light fall off) if you set the flash to a lower power setting. The low power settings (perhaps 1/8 or less) are capable of freezing fast motion.

Background decision rests on you for the desired effect you are looking for.
