有一日個租客係大陸返唔到落黎香港,然後租客媽媽佢冇鎖匙入屋,佢就去通知個業主叫佢比佢去入屋拎藥,業主唔比上仲話叫警察來.
開門之後租客媽媽就同業主講唔租啦.
但係佢唔知六月份交左租.嘅情況下業主叫媽媽佢代個仔簽終止合約.
而佢個仔係唔知唔知情
到六月中之後佢個仔有消息就話一定要留住佢保護佢間屋,委託左人叫佢上去交7月份既租,
媽媽唔知情嘅情況下佢簽咗呢份終止合約仲要係兩日之後立刻搬走,媽媽簽終止合約承認嗎?佢本應仲可唔可以拎番呢個上期按金呢?
因為六月份佢個仔交左租錢

咁我6月30號嘅時候去嗰度.個業主已經將呢個物業呢就租咗畀人喇,咁其實業主係咪應該要攞番按金出嚟呢?個業主拎左3份錢,仲話唔好講粗口,因為我係委託人,佢以為冇人知佢收左6月租金,佢唔洗同我方講野,收左我線,請問大家都係毀左約既同時,係咪可以去追究返個業主呢??
係咪應該要畀佢6月先就算係都要畀番上下按金人哋
