car question, what is this part called? 2017 honda civic hatch EX?

on top of both windows front and back seats, theres this chrome part that runs all the way from front to back of car.

is only on EX and base model i think. sport is all black

i want to know what the part is called i f anyone could help?

i want to have it painted black, but to make calls and shop around i need to know how its called
