I came home after a 1 hour workout didn't drink water before that. But when I can home and drank water i had sever pain. A really bad cramp?

You didn't ask a question, but I assume you're curious about why you had stomach cramping and/or how to prevent it in the future.
Of course you did, you should have drank slowly so your stomach got used to it.
