Which School Should I Choose? Help!!?

I am a 15 year old girl who is going into her sophomore year. I am going to move to Eugene, Oregon before school starts and I have a choice between going to a private school with 15 people per grade or to the public school. I would go to the private school but I am afraid that it will be a bunch of snotty rich kids. Also, I am gay and I do want to find a girlfriend eventually but I highly doubt that any gay people go to that school. At the same time, recreational marijuana is legal in Oregon and there are a lot of druggies at the public high school so I am afraid that I will be stuck around those people. What should I do???
