How to kiss a girl at work?

So there's a girl I like at work. I don't want to ask her out on a date but I wanted to make a move and kiss her. Is this a good idea. If I can just break the touch barrier a bit and find a time to take a kiss should I? Should it be a suprise kinda thing or is that bad? Is into wrong to do this or should I just ask her out on a date and do it formally?

Are you that inexperienced with women that you think you can just randomly kiss someone? Terrible idea.

It would be rude to surprise her with a kiss. If she's a strong woman, ask her out on a date formally in a respectful way. A strong woman has good character (honesty, integrity, trustworthiness), displays a positive attitude (cheerful, caring, friendly, forgiving, helpful, and respectful), fulfills their responsibilities (for handling pains in a positive way, for always trying to make a good choice, for taking care of themselves, for serving others), gives their best effort, and demonstrates self-control (of their body, anger, tongue and money).

She might just slap your face if you just try to kiss her out of nowhere. Even if she accepts your offer of a date, don't expect that a kiss is a given. Try being a gentleman, not a thief!
