I think i have a computer virus?

Last night i downloaded a couple mods for a game from a site i wasnt sure of got busy doing other things and forgot to run them through virus total, i have two monitors and i cannot click on any of the icons or taskbar items on the primary one, but i can use the secondary one. Does anyone know what virus this could possible be? Thank you

That doesn't really seem like a virus, I think that a simple reboot will be able to fix this for you.
If it doesn't, you can install MalwareFox and perform a full scan with it. If you really have a virus, then it should be able to detect it.
