Get light head after one drink?

I'm sober but I just feel light head and sort of dizzy. I'm 21, 5ft 7, 126lbs. Why is this. It's the same no matter what I drink. One cider, one beer or one shot.

You can get light headed if you take a drink on an empty stomach. If you have low blood sugar than taking a drink can lower your sugar and you can get light headed. And if you don't drink that much then it's normal to get light headed. Perhaps you should mention that to your doctor.

Sounds to me like you could have an allergy to booze and should stay away from it. Dizziness or feeling light headed could be your body telling you that you should not drink alcohol. Alcohol allergies are kind of rare but if you have grain allergy like Celiac disease this comes into play.
