The ? Is do ther computers have the setup to were it shows you the exact change to give back to customers like sum grocery store registers do

Practice simple math and you will get better. We are talking about addition and subtraction here, not exactly calculus.
Speed isn't nearly as important as accuracy when handling currency though.
Yes, their computers do all of the math for you...but you should be able to do it yourself anyway.
