Does anyone know the size of those double door fire doors that are used in commercial buildings?

It depends on the width of the walls of the building, not everyone is the same.
Tavy is right...they are ordered to size.
Depends where you are, the ADA requires a total of 32" minimum, the ICC requires at least one leaf to be 32".
Generally the minimum size of egress door is regulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 404.3.1 and the International Code Council (ICC) A117.1, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities section 404.2.1.
Not aware if there are any maximum size but there are limits to the maximum force needed to open the doors.
I'm sure you could google it.
