My puppy, female, her pee was bloody.?

So my puppies blood was an orange red. We are on vacation, we have not given her actual dog food for like 4 days. We have taken her to the dog beach where she was in the water a lot. What do you think this is? When we took her to pee not too long ago again, it looked normal but at the end she dropped some drops of blood, so....?

What have you been feeding her? people food? cat food? Dogs need only dog food, nothing else.

Sounds like a bladder or kidney infection. Get her to a vet.
