I am 14 and after trading on the stock market I have enough to buy some properties out right in full?
Now most answers about this question say you have to be 18 to sign a contract but I'm not financing so theirs no need for that. So my question is can I have them in my name ???

The sales contract is s contract, regardless of how the purchase is financed. You cannot enter into the sales contract. There may be a way to put the property into a trust for you until you're 18 so that you don't have to put your parents as owners, but you need a lawyer for that.
You can buy a property outright? You still cannot make a contract to purchase property with the owner who is selling it. Have your parents do the legal paperwork and you give them the money.
no they can't be in your name. just keep saving until you're 18, then you can buy and put the properties in your name. just be patient.
