How to tell your boss you are quitting? In person? How would you start it? Without saying too much though. Just simple and understandable?
Instead of saying "I'm going to quit"

Something along the lines of -
"I appreciate the time I've spent working here but another job opportunity has opened up for me and I'm going to pursue it. I need to put in my 2 week notice."
You say, John I am sorry but I am handing in my weeks/months notice
"fck you, i wont be your slave anymore"
I'd resign in a letter. It's more professional.
You need to give your boss at least 7 days notice. He will need time to find someone to replace you. Besides, when you go to find another job, your prior place of employment will have an effect on you. Do not burn your bridges. You need your boss for a reference. They were nice enough to hire you, the least you can do is show some respect and give them time to replace you. If you do quit, you will not be eligible for unemployment.

I am sorry to have to tell you this sad fact xxx but I have felt undervalued here in xxx for longer than I care to remember, I have become miserable and more unhappy with each day that has passed.
I kept thinking things would pick up and I would become more accepted and happy like I was when I first started here at XXX but it just has not happened and I feel unable to even get up in the morning never mind work here any longer. As I say I am deeply sorry it has come to this unfortunate state, but I really have no choice but to fvck off once and for all.
i need to discuss something with you, i have decided to leave my position here to pursue other opportunities
Just be honest and say, "Friday (or whatever day you plan to quit) will be my last day here."
