Should I deserve to be grounded?

Okay so I logged into my snapchat on my mother's phone and now she's saying that I'm grounded because she can't logged back into her account should I be getting a punishment??

No is it her fault that she can't remember her password or username she's the adult so she should take responsibility to save her passwords or at least make it one she can remember and 2nd if the app is having the glitch uninstall and reinstall

no but not much you can do except apologize and try to fix your mom's phone so she can get on that
