Why does my amazon order keep saying 'payment revision needed'?

I know I have sufficient funds. I've sorted all my details on my card, ive cancelled and reordered it but it keeps declining

oddly enough strange things can happen I have two Cap One cards, I tried to use one for a purchase but the chip kept being declined, I tried the other one and it also would not go thru even swiping it
when I got home and called, the first card had a 'fraud hold' on it which I was not aware of probably since the email addy I was signed up with has been changed and they did not not the new one, nothing was evident on the other one but it was surmised it might have been demagnetized and they are sending out a new one

Not enough details. Did your card expire and you need to update the expiration date and/or CVV number? Are you selecting the incorrect type of card (VISA, MC, AE, DISC)?

Because you cannot use that card to order from Amazon right now.
Either
a) You tried too many times. You have to stop and wait a certain amount of time before trying again.
b) You tried too many times, so your card has been locked. You have to call your bank and get it unlocked.
c) This card cannot be used online. It can be used only in person in real brick and mortar stores that scan it.
d) Amazon does not allow this card. You need to use a different one.

Your bank is probably stopping the order. Call your bank and ask them what's going on.
