Can two foreigners have marriage in Tunisia even though none of them are the citizen in Tunisia?

I have Algerian citizen girlfriend. I am currently citizen from South Korea. I possibly become US citizen before the marriage. Are we legally allowed to marry in Tunisia?

You start by going to your own embassy/she to her own embassy as it will depend on your ages and you will then be able to find out if you both fit the criteria to marry in Tunisia or not, what documents you will require , time to get those documents legally translated and who and where you need to contact
