Why is there no “fi” in the Chinese language and only “fēi”? Almost like “fei”, I mean. Thank you! Please?

We Chinese have some basic pronunciation don’t exist in English’s vowels and consonants (more than just a “fei”), vice versa, English have some pronunciation don’t exist in our Chinese phonetic symbols (more than just a “fi”/Traditional Chinese).
If we also use the same phonetic alphabet like all Western languages, then for us to learn English, or you learn Chinese, it will become much easier.
I’m now practicing my English writing besides answering your question. For me, it’s fun.
