我想問一下，一家5口，父母及3男，如果大哥做生意用左層樓做按揭(一按二按)，最後生意失敗，無力清還每月還款，家中母親年過65、父親年過80，想問作為細佬的我有甚麼最好的出路?(想安置好父母優先)?

Terminate all relationships with the property as soon as possible and move out.

Then apply for public housing.
