Okay so in the morning today I was in the school to library because I needed to finish something. As soon as I was done I left and when I opened the door I saw one of my guy friends named B who was with on of his friends. Me and B said hi to each other and I said something to him and out of the corner of my eye I felt his friend checking me out. I don't know B's friend. I just sometimes see hm with B or around school and one time I saw him with his girlfriend. Why would a guy with a girlfriend check me out?

He checked you out because you were there, dummy. It's a guy thing.
I'm a guy, been one all my life, so I know how we think and work. And believe me on this, when people say men are pigs, that's actually an insult to farm animals.
Like many guys, I'm faithfully married and don't cheat on my wife. But here's the very important thing about cheating: Only cheating is cheating. Thinking about it isn't cheating, looking isn't cheating, and thinking about it while looking isn't cheating. Before I bought her any wedding jewellery or spoke any sacred vows with my wife, I made one thing perfectly clear to her. I pointed at my eyes and said "these are mine, they stay mine for life, and I don't ever have to explain or apologize for what they see". She agreed to that, because she was old enough to understand that guys look at what they like looking at. She was also old enough to admit that girls like looking sometimes too, and she said as long as the rule works both ways she would accept it.
Guys look at girls because they can, and because looking isn't cheating. If you can't deal with that, you'll have to only date other girls, and only girls who will tell you only what you want to hear.
