我想問我特區護照末改名而身份證改左名可否入境台灣？辦理入台證會唔會有問題？

The problem is not about entering Taiwan, but exiting Hong Kong.
In theory, once you have reported the name change to the Immigration Department, all of your documents with prior name will become invalid immediately.
In other word, you should obtain a new HKSAR Passport before planning for Taiwan.
