Can you help me translate these individual symbols and read any inscription they might form when used together?

(The 8th symbol is located under the red piece and is identical to the symbol at the very top)

There are just 4 Chinese words on the tablet/charm as follows.
欣欣向榮 : xīn xīn xiàng róng
It means:
1. thriving; flourishing; prosperous
2. blossoming.
As to the 4 other inscription symbols, I can’t guarantee, I guess it represents dragons seen in temple poles, etc., very often.
This 4 words and the inscription are commonly seen as a mascot which goes well with business.
So when someone opens a store, he will be happy to receive this kinds of tablet and hang it on the wall.
